About me

My name is Tina and I run InsideOut Reflexology. 

InsideOut Reflexology is a mobile reflexology service, bringing reflexology to you, so you can enjoy it in the comfort of your own home. I offer mobile reflexology treatments in Potters Bar, Brookmans Park and surrounding areas.

I am a fully qualified professional reflexologist and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I carry a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and trained with the London School of Reflexology under the tuition of Louise Keet, one of the UK's foremost Reflexology practitioners and author of The Reflexology Bible. I also hold a certificate in Spinal Reflexology and Facial Reflexology.

I have always been drawn to complementary therapies and am a strong believer in a holistic  approach to health and finally in 2012 I was able to embark on my journey to become a reflexologist. I am very passionate about reflexology and never cease to be amazed by this powerful therapy. I founded InsideOut Reflexology in the summer of 2013 and I feel so very privileged to be able to be a part of my clients journeys to a better health and lifestyle.
